Are you looking to improve your quality of life? Struggling with anxiety, difficult life transitions, the stressors of becoming a new parent – or somewhere in between? I am here for you and I encourage you to reach out.

My specialties mainly focus within the female population around pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. I believe in fostering a positive therapeutic relationship so I often use a strength-based, person-centered approach filled with compassion, honesty and even some humor.

If you are struggling with alcohol or substance abuse, kudos to you for seeking assistance. I have been working with individuals with substance abuse disorders for over 10 years. I can help and support you on your road of recovery. If you are sober, and want continued support, I can offer you that. I have worked with individuals in active addiction making their first steps towards sobriety as well as others in long term sobriety. I hope to offer a listening ear, help and support on the road to recovery.

My hope for our time is to create and foster an environment including safe, non-judgmental, nurturing, and compassionate space that can remind us of who we are, the intrinsic value we possess, and provide tools for us to overcome our present struggles; a space you can share how you really are doing, and just be yourself.

Working in various social work settings with people one-on one for several years has taught me how important it is for someone to be listened to, validated, and shown deep compassion. These are the values that will be the framework of my sessions with you. I find therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Narrative Therapy to be helpful therapy tools. I hope to support you in making the changes you want to make. Let’s see you thrive together!
